    Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling half of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises.

  • Yes! We supply all of the cleaning products and tools to clean your home.

    We are currently on an appointment only system. All available appointments and sates will be shown at the time of booking.

  • We can't promise that we'll get rid of all blemishes and/or stains. Nonetheless, we promise to completely sterilize everything. We still guarantee that we will try our hardest to cure and get rid of any tough stains or spots. There are substances that can dye carpet fibers permanently. The age and type of the upholstery's fiber also affect how well it cleans. Prior to cleaning, our highly qualified specialists will make an effort to assess the likelihood of removing persistent stains and/or permanent blemishes

  • Yes. The IICRC, also known as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, is a significant affiliate in the inspection, cleaning, and restoration sectors, and it is where we received our certification. Businesses must meet a stringent set of requirements for knowledge and business integrity in order to become IICRC-certified. We are a firm that is certified by the IICRC, trained, and certified.

  • Yes. We travel to you! When we arrive, kindly check to see that the area is safe and clear.

  • Full payment is due on the day of service. Our cleaning technicians do not process payments. A credit or debit card must be on file at the time of booking, and it will be charged immediately after the completion of the cleaning. If payment is declined, the client must update their payment information before the next scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the service cost.
